BIOGRAPHY
After having been called to the Bar of Paris, France in 2008 and the District of Columbia Bar, Washington D.C., USA in 2006, Arnaud Rainfray was called to the Quebec Bar in 2009 and immediately joined the firm.

Before joining O’Brien, Me Rainfray practiced law in France as a member of an internationally reputed law firm.

AREAS OF PRACTICE
Me Rainfray practices business, commercial and corporate law, with an emphasis on business organisational structures, contracts and international law.

In his practice in France, Arnaud Rainfay developed a knowledge base and experience in competition and anti-trust law and in sports law.

Bilingual, Arnaud Rainfray serves his clients in French and English.

ACTIVITIES
Me Rainfray is a member of the Chambre de commerce française au Canada, section Québec.

Chess player, Arnaud Rainfray regularly participates in chess tournaments and is recognized as« International Master » by the World Chess Federation, (FIDE).
