BIOGRAPHY
Called to the Bar in 1984, Stéphane Lamonde joined the firm in 1985, became a partner in 1991 and is its managing partner since 2001.

AREAS OF PRACTICE
Me Lamonde practices business law, namely corporate, commercial, real estate, construction, and intellectual property law to the service of major clients.

Stéphane Lamonde acts as consultant regarding legal and business structures and also provides representation services before courts in civil et commercial litigation. Me Lamonde has represented his clients and has appeared before most judicial instances, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

ACTIVITIES
Stéphane Lamonde serves on business, institutional and foundation boards.

Me Lamonde has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Laval University, teaching sale and rental law. He is also regularly invited as guess speaker on various stages.

Stéphane Lamonde is presently a member of the following Quebec Bar committees:

• Disciplinary Committee
• Legal Persons (corporations) and Partnerships Committee

Me Lamonde is also member of the Quebec Chamber of Commerce and of the Chambre de commerce française au Canada, section Québec.
